The Company offers its’ services to design, create, improve, and install all types of living spaces, both indoor and outdoor, with sunrooms often providing a natural connection. Outdoor projects include custom decks, railings, and patio enclosures. Indoor projects include major house and apartment renovation, custom bathroom and kitchen remodeling, room additions, attic and basement finishing, dormers, and home offices. Job sizes have ranged from under $1,000 to over $500,000.

The Company is a member of the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County (BIAWC) and the National Association of Home Builders. It is also a charter member of the Master Remodeler’s Council (Dan was President in 2000). Our team of professional designers, carpenters, installers, and subcontractors has many years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling and new home construction. In 1991, TPS Remodeling Services was named as the authorized franchisee for the distribution and installation of Four Seasons Sunrooms in Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, and Island Counties. Dan has spent several weeks undergoing extensive training at Four Seasons and on the job site to represent this product line. In addition, regular regional meetings and on-the-job installer training by Four Seasons technicians keep the production and administrative staff informed about the latest in technology and industry trends.

His peers in the BIAWC named Dan the 1997 and 2000 “Remodeler of the Year”. TPS Remodeling Services received the 2008 BIAWC Remodeling Excellence Award for “Residential Whole House $150,000-$500,000”. TPS also received the 1997 “Award of Excellence in Remodeling” from the state BIA for its expansive, whole house commercial remodel on Lake Whatcom. This project was featured in “Remodeling” magazine (June, 1999, pp. 54-61).
